Hi – we’re Lindsay and Dennis. We free leaders and teams from broken ideas of productivity – and make high performance and happiness the new norm.

We spent our careers building companies, leading teams, consulting for the biggest companies in the Nordics.

But we were working ourselves to the bone. Always-on. Constantly overwhelmed. Putting our well-being on the back burner.

We were exhausted. Had no energy. And we weren’t the parents we wanted to be to our incredible then-18-month-old daughter.

The worst part?

We knew more than most about how to find balance because we shared a personal obsession with learning, mastering and developing systems to better manage our energy for the last 10 years.

But working in offices all day, it felt impossible to use our tools. The ways of working too broken and unsustainable.

It was a race to burnout.

So in 2019, Lindsay quit her corporate job.

And in 2021, Dennis left his startup.

Building the workspace to test a hypothesis

We quit because we had a hypothesis we couldn’t shake.

Our environments are powerful forces that shape our behaviour, habits, attitudes, relationships.

What if we could create a workspace and culture that was purpose-built to encourage healthier, more sustainable ways of working? That also lead to high performance and happiness?

So we did.

We opened our award-winning coworking space LAMB in 2021 and spent three years transforming the way more than 750 people saw the office and their ways of working.

We lowered stress levels for 77%.

Sixty percent increased their engagement with their work.

We raised productivity for 66%.

How?

Designing the ‘new productivity’ framework

We took everything we knew about energy management and built it into the physical environment, the cultural norms, the activities.

We based it on best practices from behavioural design, neuroscience, physiology and social psychology.

We combined interior design, UX thinking, storytelling and how-to education to nudge behaviour, and build social support systems.

We doubled-down on what was working for people. Got rid of what wasn’t.

It worked.

We were named one of the top 3 coworking spaces in Sweden. We had hundreds of members who were raving fans. We won awards.

Why?

Because we spent three years deeply understanding what people needed to do their best work, perform at a higher level, and be happy at work.

Now we’ve taken all that we know and learned and packaged it into a universal framework that any company and leader can adopt.

It’s a framework that systematically meets the five fundamental human needs we all share at work: focus, rest, movement, growth and belonging.

Unlike a lot of other wellbeing initiatives, this one is not personal. It allows you to lay a solid, uniting foundation for your team or your entire company.

Why the name ‘LAMB’?

People ask us all the time: why is it called ‘LAMB’?

It’s our daughter’s nickname.

And it’s our reminder that our sole mission in this life is to change the norms around our ways of working – so that she never has to sacrifice herself for her work the way we did.

In this 30-minute session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about the challenges you’re facing and see if our workshops or space consulting are the right fit.
